Jupiter in Capricorn is like is like a balloon without hot air. Jupiter, the planet of expansion is not in the mood. Essential dignity has a name for that phenomenon: “Jupiter in Fall”.
Saturn added extra weight to the airy, expansive planet. It is time to throw ballast away. Get rid of stuff we do not need. It is not time to expand or plan for expansion. That is the goodness Jupiter has to offer now. It does not feel like expanding or flying at all. If it has to fly it will fly very low. No adventure. It does not want to do anything other than the absolutely basic and necessary.
That is the kind of Jupiter we have now. Whether that has any significance at all or, whether that is a good thing or a bad thing depends on the context and, of course, on having a chart to interpret.
